Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. we accept credit card / debit card and payments through Paypal
(VISA, American Express, Master card, Debit card and Paypal).
Q. How do I return an item by post?
A. Please contact us via email within 10 days of receiving the
items and mention the reasons for return. Please have your order
information (Your ID, order date, order address) available.
However, we can not return items that have had the tags/labels
damaged/removed. Also if the items have already been worn besides
simply trying them on.
Q. Can I cancel my order?
A. Please contact us immediately. Our customer service team will reach
you as soon as possible. If your items have already been shipped when
you cancel your order, your card will be charged. The item can then be
returned upon delivery and you can receive a full refund.
Q.How long does it take to receive an order?
A. It may take up to 7~10 business days to receive the items after you order.
